For this experience, weโre bringing the bold energy of Mexican street markets to life. Guests will mix and press their own mini corn tortillas from scratch, learning why authentic tacos begin with masa and balance. Youโll cook them fresh on the griddle, then build your own street-style tacos layered with vibrant flavor.
Chef Thomas will demonstrate live torch finishing for beautifully charred, caramelized protein โ adding that dramatic street-style edge that makes everything taste deeper, richer, and unforgettable. From there, youโll craft multiple mini tacos using fresh tortillas, seasoned protein, chopped onion, cilantro, house-made salsa, and fresh lime. Weโll talk tradition first โ then let creativity take over.
And of course, no street food experience is complete without Mexican street corn. Youโll create your own bold corn cups tossed with crema, cotija, lime, and chili spice โ messy, flavorful, and completely addictive.
